Classes are taught and private sessions are provided throughout Cincinnati with emphasis on reducing stress and optimizing health. Our Meditation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs are based on world renowned and proven to work methods.
Whether the body has dis-ease or balance is sought, science shows that our Mind-Body connection is a strong component in our health. Mindfulness Courses, Craniosacral Therapy, the Relaxation Response, , Biofeedback and Yoga can assist us in all aspects of our lives. Classes, seminars, workshops and retreats are offered for everything from stress management and improving relationships to increasing productivity and creativity. Our goal is to have the company benefit by helping the participants. Forms of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) are taught in area companies along with other classes tailor-made for the client.
