Individual Sessions

We appreciate the possibility of a multidemensional approach to healing. During an individual initial consult, an approach will be determined by the client and Julie, honoring each person’s desires, goals and current situation. The initial consult will be 1 1/2 hours.  The price is $150   Further sessions will be $110 for 60 minutes.

During the first session, there is necessary sharing of information, often a plan of treatment is determined and treatment is provided. Further consults will be for an hour or more depending on the needs of the client.

Stress Management/Meditation Classes

Our group programs are experiential seminars that dramatically benefit attendees in their personal lives, and also greatly enhances communication and productivity on the job. It’s often the most highly-rated program a company can offer its people, whether as part of ongoing staff development, or for employee appreciation events and conferences.

This training is at the cutting edge of stress reduction, offering a powerful blend of cognitive training and clinically-proven relaxation techniques to reduce stress. Participants learn principles and techniques that positively effect their relationships, their ability to focus and their overall health

Specifics on group classes and seminars are determined by the needs of the client. Examples of classes are Meditation Techniques, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Cardiovascular Stress Management, Work Place Stress, Stress Management for Managers and Pain Management.

2 hour, 4 hour or full day programs are available along with on going classes.

Menu

Each session or class is tailored to the needs of the group or company. Following are examples of what could be offered. A consultation will determine exact price, based on time, location, course materials, number of people etc..

Introductory Seminars: 1-4 hours To achieve an understanding of the effects of stress on our mind and body and be introduced to different approaches to counteract these effects. Part lecture/part experiential. Participants will “get a taste” of the powerful results one can achieve through some simple techniques.

Intermediate Work Shops: Usually takes place over a period of 2- 4 weeks to allow for some practice by the participants between sessions. Emphasizing the formal practice of using stress management techniques and the informal practice of bringing these approaches into our everyday lives and touching on the individual habits that contribute to our stress.

Comprehensive Workshops: 4-8 weeks(including an all day retreat in the 6 week course) 8-22 hours. Maximum benefit is achieved with longer courses. Studies on the effects of stress reduction classes are based on 8 week courses where each week allows for the studies of different foundations, class interaction, extensive practice with meditation and follow up on “homework”.
